La' official Gems 4 Cats Rules.

Here is the official thing so listen up.
We need 100,000 gems for the giveaway to happen. If we get to that number (or close) I will host a give away.
Honestly, thats not a lot of gems. If we have 3 people donate 10,00 gems a week, that will get us there pretty fast.
